Jack’s BackHaus began not in a bakery, but in a home kitchen in Hampshire - where the scent of freshly baked cookies often drifted through the air long before it became a business. What started as a creative outlet for our Founder, Jack, quickly became something more. Friends and family were the first to taste his early experiments - generous, gooey, and full of flavour - and their reactions were all the encouragement he needed.

With a growing passion and a few signature recipes in hand, Jack took the leap and turned his weekend ritual into a full-time pursuit. Jack’s BackHaus was born with a simple mission: to make cookies that are bold, beautiful, and unforgettable.

Today, we specialise in handcrafted cookies made in small batches, using carefully selected ingredients and a whole lot of care. From our signature flavours to our rotating monthly specials, every cookie is designed to delight - whether it’s a personal treat, a gift, or part of a special celebration.
