Shipping Policy

At Jack's BackHaus, we are committed to delivering your freshly baked goods as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Shipping Method:

  • All orders are shipped via tracked next-day delivery to ensure your items arrive fresh and on time.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 18:00 PM Monday to Wednesday will be processed and shipped the following working day. 
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted on the next working day (Excluding bank holidays)

Delivery Times:

  • Our next-day delivery service aims to deliver your order the day after it has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Issues:

  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at customersupport@jacksbackhaus.com for assistance.

Holidays and Weekends:

  • Please note that orders are processed and shipped on working days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Collection

  • You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready to collect. 
  • Collection address: Unit 5, Block A, Grateley Business Park, Grateley, SP11 8SH. 
  • Please check you are able to collect within 2 days of being notified your order is ready for collection as we will not refund for missed collections. 
  • Eligible Products only 
  • Opening times for collection in general unless otherwise stated:

           Monday - Closed

           Tuesday - Closed

           Wednesday - 10am - 2pm

           Thursday - 10am - 2pm

           Friday - 10am - 2pm

           Saturday - Closed (At market)

           Sunday - Closed (At Market)
